Peter’s area of expertise is within strategic, organisational and management development, and recruitment/search & selection.

Peter is the founder of FRONTPEOPLE A/S and for many years has been helping a wide range of organisations create results.

Peter has built up considerable experience in a number of areas: He is a trained craftsman and has a commercial education as a marketing economist. Peter also received management training while working at J. Lauritzen A/S and Codan Forsikring A/S, and has built up many years of headhunter and management consultancy experience from his time at various consultancy houses.

Peter is also a trained process consultant and is certified in Gordons, Neo-Pir, TCI to name a few. Peter's work ethic is based on systemic theory and approach.

One of Peter’s key skills is helping companies to develop by linking strategy with organisation. He creates organisational energy and drive through his analytical approach, empathy and understanding of processes.
